A Symbol of Theater for the People and Future Generations
The Gyeonggido Theatre Company has played the role of a cultural liaison for Gyeonggi-do citizens since its foundation in 1990. Based on the principle of a “mecca of well-made theatre arts,” the theatre company has shifted the spotlight of cultural arts from Seoul to Gyeonggi-do with over 100 regular performances and special performances as well as hundreds of tour performances.
The company continues to adhere to its strict standards of cultural sophistication to provide world-class cultural events that tell the stories of people and life.
